Q1: Can you manufacture products based on samples or technical drawings?
A: Yes, we can produce vehicles based on your samples or technical drawings. For custom designs, please note that a mold fee may apply depending on the complexity of the project.
Q2: What is your sample policy?
A: Given the high value of our vehicles, we offer samples at a discounted price. For large or repeat orders, we may consider reimbursing the sample cost as part of our long-term cooperation policy.
Q3: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: We do not require a strict MOQ. You are welcome to purchase a single sample vehicle. However, for Less Than Container Load (LCL) shipments, additional packaging and handling fees may apply.
Q4: What are your payment terms?
A: We require a 30% deposit via T/T upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% payable before delivery. Prior to final payment, we will send detailed photos of the finished product and packaging for your approval.
Q5: What is your standard delivery time?
A: Our usual lead time is 15 to 30 days after receiving the deposit. The actual delivery timeline may vary based on order quantity and specific customization requirements.
